1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using app.iwantteam.ai (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Platform is operated by Pokorny Smarketing s.r.o., IČO: 22474838, Na Maninách 865/13, 170 00 Praha 7, Czech Republic.

2. Description of Service

The Platform provides:

• Project management and task tracking
• AI agent orchestration and management
• Time tracking and attendance monitoring
• Reporting and budget analysis
• Third-party advertising platform integrations (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
• Calendar synchronization (Google Calendar)

3. User Accounts

Access to the Platform requires a user account created by an administrator. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Interfere with the Platform’s operation or security
• Share API keys or authentication credentials with unauthorized parties
• Use AI agents to generate harmful, misleading, or illegal content
• Exceed rate limits or abuse third-party API integrations

5. AI Agent Usage

The Platform enables AI agents (powered by Anthropic Claude) to perform tasks on your behalf. You acknowledge that:

• AI agent outputs require human review and approval before being considered final
• You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated work
• AI agents operate within the permissions and budgets you configure
• Ad platform actions by AI agents are subject to daily limits and can be rolled back within 30 days

6. Third-Party Integrations

When you connect third-party services (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Calendar):

• You authorize the Platform to access and manage your accounts on those services within the scope you approve
• You remain bound by each third-party’s terms of service
• You can disconnect integrations at any time, immediately revoking the Platform’s access
• We are not liable for changes, outages, or policy updates by third-party providers

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of data as described therein.

8. Intellectual Property

The Platform, its design, code, and documentation are the property of Pokorny Smarketing s.r.o. Your data and content remain yours — we claim no ownership over project data, tasks, or outputs you create.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pokorny Smarketing s.r.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to damages from AI agent actions, third-party integration failures, or data loss.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Prague.
